  • The Ad Man provides advertising management services and training programs (The Ad Man Academy).

  • By purchasing services or signing up for the Academy, you agree to these terms.

  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted with the revised effective date.

2. Use of Services

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

  • You agree not to use our website or services for unlawful purposes.

  • You may not copy, distribute, or resell any content or materials provided through our services without prior written consent.

3. Payment Terms

  • Ad Management Services:

    • Payment terms, including the base fee and performance fee (10% of ad spend), will be outlined in a service agreement provided before starting work.

    • Late payments may incur additional fees or suspension of services.

  • The Ad Man Academy:

    • Academy pricing is $98/month or $498 for lifetime access.

    • Payments for the Academy are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, including training content, templates, and documentation provided through The Ad Man Academy, are owned by The Ad Man.

  • You may not reproduce or distribute these materials without explicit permission.

5. Liability Disclaimer

  • The Ad Man does not guarantee specific results from advertising campaigns or training programs.

  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of our services or the information provided.

  • Campaign performance may vary based on numerous factors beyond our control, including market conditions and platform changes.

6. Privacy

  • Your use of this site is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the policy.

7. Cancellation and Termination

  • Ad Management Services:

    • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as outlined in the service agreement.

    • Outstanding payments for work performed up to the termination date must be settled.

  • The Ad Man Academy:

    • You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time; however, payments already made are non-refundable.

    • Lifetime access is non-transferable and non-refundable.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
